We hired Elkstone to finish our 3000 sq ft basement. We were very impressed by their timeline detail, management of trades, and Craig our PM was on top of timelines and getting trades in and out. He kept us apprised of status and gave us ideas on additional work requested. He was definitely a great customer advocate for resolving challenges, explaining the construction process, and provided ideas for additional upgrades. They specialize in basements only and are very good at it. They finished within their originally quoted timing in spite of our upgrades and were very accurate in cost estimates. They offer very good value for the price quoted and were quick to resolve issues. We asked for many upgrades and they excelled. We would recommend them to anyone looking to finish a basement. Everyone was extremely professional, and no hard sell tactics. We love our new space! AAA+++

Five star experience! The team was professional, on time, and under budget--what else could you ask for?! Keith and Joe were very responsive and communicative, and once we made our initial design choices, the process pretty much ran itself without a lot needed from us. We love our new basement, and would definitely hire again. Highly recommend.

We love our basement! We finished our basement with Elkstone and are so pleased with the final product. I appreciated their detailed calendar that broke down the process into digestible steps and let us know exactly when we had an action item due. They worked with us on the creative choices we wanted in our basement (like my office/guest room behind a hidden door) and executed our vision beautifully. We are blown away by the talent from the tradespeople they brought in. There were a few hiccups here and there as with any construction project, but our project manager Paula was responsive and easy to talk to about any concerns or challenges that arose. We would definitely recommend Elkstone to anyone doing a home renovation.
