Omar was awesome! Very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain what he was looking for, how things should be working, what the read outs were. We identified the possible problem with the exhaust vent cover for which I told him I would take care of it. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on anything, only charged us for a tune up.
