Off-campus housing is not the same as getting a private apartment or a rental home. DEPAUL university off campus housing is designed for students. Your neighbors will be other students. However, you won't have a long list of rules to follow. There is no curfew. And you will have plenty of space and privacy. Take your time when looking at your options for DEPAUL off campus housing. My daughter moved into ION in August of 2023. We worked with Ivana as we had some special requests due to health issues. Ivana helped us with placement and we are very happy. The building is secure and the common spaces are well maintained along with the apartment.
