Drawing from his past jobs he was able to give us great advice on what we should do for our particular property. Most importantly he listened to what we were looking for. We recently enlisted Backwoods Forestry Mulching for a project on approx. 2 acres of our property and couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Ben and his crew (Tom, Josiah and Simian) arrived punctually and transformed the overgrown landscape into a park-like setting which also provides a fire-resistant buffer adjacent to our home. They were very good about saving the trees I identified and their commitment to customer satisfaction was exemplary, with clear communication and a genuine desire to understand and meet our needs. Ben and his team (Josiah) were professional, honest, reliable, and hard working, and turned our overgrown, face slapping, hair grabbing property into a usable and enjoyable forest we can romp around in with our pups. Ben cares about his customers (he is true to his quote and doesn't try to upsell) and definitely knows his trees... he even took the time to educate us about our land/tree varieties (much appreciated!!) and answered our endless questions. 100% recommend!!
